Returns & Exchanges

At Varna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Varna account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
